Realme C85 256GB – Beast Handset of C Series!
Realme C85 4G (8/256GB) is new to the Pakistani market with a 7,000 mAh battery and an IP69 Pro rating. This device is obviously built to last. The battery is said to last for 19 hours while streaming online videos. One of its variants has 256GB storage and 8GB RAM. There was already a Pro model on the market with an AMOLED screen, but the vanilla Realme C85 has an IPS 144Hz LCD that uses one of the brightest backlights. It’s advertised at 1,200 nits HBM. The screen itself is 6.8” with 720p resolution. By the way, this newcomer is MIL-STD-810H compliant, so it’s drop-safe up to a certain height. IP69 Pro rating means the C85 is completely waterproof and dustproof. It can’t get damaged even by high-temperature water jets. It may be a new device, but it has the older Android 15 system that has Realme UI 6 skin on it. This OS will scratch that liquid glass itch some Apple fans have developed. Realme C85 runs a Snapdragon 685 SoC, so it’s neither the snappiest nor does it play games very well. Then comes a 50MP Main camera on the back and an 8MP selfie shooter on the front. The single speaker gets loud at 400% volume. Its fingerprint reader is on the side. Realme pits this device against the Samsung Galaxy A17, which falls pretty close to the Realme C85’s official cost in Pakistan.
